ELIGIBILITY

The Victory 25OXG Gaming Headset Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to residents of the United States of America aged 18+ and older at the time of entry.

Employees of TWT Audio and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the sign-up form: https://twtaudio.com/pages/250XG-gaming-headset-giveaway-signup

Participants may enter as many times as they want throughout the Giveaway period.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the Giveaway period will not be accepted.

PRIZE

The prize for this Giveaway is one 250XG gaming headset.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

The winner will be announced the week of October 30th through our email newsletter and our social media channels.

The winner will also be contacted directly via email or telephone call within 1-5 business days of the winner's selection.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification within 5 business days.

In the event that the selected winner does not respond within the stipulated timeframe or is found to be ineligible, TWT Audio reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant TWT Audio the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
