What connection type does this headphone/headset use?

3.5MM, USB-A or USB-C depending on model

Is this compatible with my device (iPad, Chromebook, laptop, etc.)?

Yes! We have options for all connection types based on the computer, tablet, Chromebook or iPad you are using

Why do I not hear sound from my device?

Depending on the device, first check that the jack has been pushed in completely into the 3.5 or USB port completely. Next, check device output settings to see if the device is reading the headset or headphone as an audio input or output source.

Do these have active noise cancellation?

No, but we do have passive noise reduction on DURO and REVO models. Students will have some level of noise reduction while still being able to hear the teacher, alarms, etc.

What are the DURO products?

The DURO line of products was designed exclusively by TWT Audio in-house with the goal of creating a better sounding, more comfortable over-ear headphone and headset. What is the warranty period for this product?

LITE Series is 1 year, ERGO, DURO and REVO series are 2 year.

What is NOT covered under the warranty?

TWT Audio’s Simple Warranty does not cover defects or damaged product resulting from or caused by improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidental damage or breakage, abuse, unauthorized modification or alteration of the original condition of the product, damage caused by use in conjunction with other products, or any unauthorized repairs to the product covered otherwise covered by this warranty.



How do I clean and care for my headphones/headset?

Wipe down with a cleaning wipe or cleaning cloth.

Yes. TWT Audio headphones and headsets are fit for and tested on listeners ranging in age from 5 to mature adults. What is the difference between a headphone and a headset?

A headset has a microphone attached and can be used for anywhere you would need voice interaction. A headphone is for hearing only.
