How can I purchase TWT Audio products?
We strive to make the purchasing of TWT Audio products as efficient and easy as possible. For customers looking to purchase products in small quantities, we recommend purchasing directly here through the website or on Amazon.
If you would like to order products in larger quantities, we ask that you please fill out our bulk orders quote form and we'll get back to you with an estimate. What grades / ages can these be used with?
Our units are adjustable and can be worn by students and adults ages 4+
Will TWT Audio headphones/headsets fit adults too?
Yes. TWT Audio headphones and headsets are fit for and tested on listeners ranging in age from 5 to mature adults. The flexible headbands and extendable arms on each unit mean that everyone in your family, classroom, or office will enjoy plugging in with TWT Audio's REVO, Victory, DURO, ERGO and LITE product lines.
Why do I not hear sound from my device?
Depending on the device, first check that the jack has been pushed in completely into the 3.5 or USB port completely. Next, check device output settings to see if the device is reading the headset or headphone as an audio input or output source.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HEADPHONE AND A HEADSET?
A headset has a microphone attached and can be used for anywhere you would need voice interaction. A headphone is for hearing only.
What is TWT Audio's special audio curve and how does it protect students' hearing?
Designed to take out the damaging mid range frequencies, TWT Audio’s sound curve is optimized for developing ears and is more comfortable for prolonged use.
Are earbuds dangerous to a student's hearing?
Earbuds are not inherently dangerous, but improper use poses significant risks to students. The primary concerns are permanent noise-induced hearing loss from excessive volume, inner ear infections, and distractedness in environments where situational awareness is required.
What is the warranty period for this product?
LITE Series is 1 year, ERGO, DURO and REVO series are 2 year
What is NOT covered under the warranty?
TWT Audio’s Simple Warranty does not cover defects or damaged product resulting from or caused by improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidental damage or breakage, abuse, unauthorized modification or alteration of the original condition of the product, damage caused by use in conjunction with other products, or any unauthorized repairs to the product covered otherwise covered by this warranty.
