Why do I not hear sound from my device?

Depending on the device, first check that the jack has been pushed in completely into the 3.5 or USB port completely. Next, check device output settings to see if the device is reading the headset or headphone as an audio input or output source.

The TWT Audio LITE products are a budget friendly, entry level unit that comes in a headphone or headset. Great for large testing deployments or where someone needs a go to unit that meets the demands of the classroom.

What is the warranty period for this product?

LITE Series is 1 year, ERGO, DURO and REVO series are 2 year.

What is NOT covered under the warranty?

TWT Audio’s Simple Warranty does not cover defects or damaged product resulting from or caused by improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidental damage or breakage, abuse, unauthorized modification or alteration of the original condition of the product, damage caused by use in conjunction with other products, or any unauthorized repairs to the product covered otherwise covered by this warranty.
