Welcome to TWT Audio Sounds of Summer Giveaway Official Contest Rules page. This contest is from June 1st, 2026 - July 24th, 2026. By participating in any giveaway, sweepstakes, or contest hosted by TWT Audio, participants agree to the following official rules and terms.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, contests and giveaways are open to legal residents of jurisdictions where participation is permitted by law who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, immediate family members, and household members of TWT Audio may be ineligible to participate in certain promotions where restricted by law or company policy.

HOW TO ENTER
Entry methods will be described within each individual promotion announcement. Entry may include, but is not limited to:
• Commenting on a social media post
• Following or subscribing to a TWT Audio channel
• Sharing or tagging content
• Completing an online form
• Participating through official TWT Audio platforms or partner promotions
Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Automated entries, bots, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected at random or based on contest criteria outlined in the specific promotion.
Selected winners will be contacted through the platform used for entry, including but not limited to direct message, email, or phone. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by TWT Audio, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES
Prize details, approximate retail values, and quantity of winners will be outlined in each individual promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. TWT Audio reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any taxes, fees, or additional expenses associated with accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant TWT Audio permission to use their name, username, likeness, submitted content, testimonial, or entry for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
Promotions hosted by TWT Audio are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or any other social media platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By participating, entrants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
TWT Audio reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel any promotion at any time due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
TWT Audio also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the promotion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TWT Audio, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Any information submitted in connection with a promotion will be used in accordance with the TWT Audio privacy policy and applicable laws.
