TWT AUDIO SIMPLE WARRANTY

TWT Audio LLC products purchased directly through TWT Audio or through an authorized dealer, reseller or distributor, include the TWT Audio Simple Warranty for each product purchased. This TWT Audio Simple Warranty is the sole warranty provided for purchased products and provides that all products purchased are new, and are free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship when used for the normal service or purpose of such product. Such Simple Warranty shall cover each product within the REVO, DURO and ERGO product line for two years and for the LITE product line for one year from the date of original purchase, and in the event that a defect is discovered within the warranty period stated above, purchaser shall promptly notify TWT Audio of such warranty claim, and TWT Audio shall, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace such product within a reasonable period of time, once TWT Audio has confirmed that such product falls within the terms of this Limited Warranty. This TWT Audio Simple Warranty does not cover defects or damaged product resulting from or caused by improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidental damage or breakage, abuse, unauthorized modification or alteration of the original condition of the product, damage caused by use in conjunction with other products, or any unauthorized repairs to product covered otherwise covered by this warranty.



Except for this Simple Warranty expressly set forth above, TWT Audio does not provide any other form of representation or warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, and specifically disclaims any other form of express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event or circumstances shall TWT Audio be responsible or liable for any form of special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, whether direct or indirect, related to any sale of product or the simple warranty set forth above.
